  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment service.


4. Non-Returnable Items


Due to the nature of food and personal care products:

  • We cannot accept returns for reasons like taste preference, change of mind, or minor packaging variations.

  • Sale items and promotional items are non-refundable unless defective.


5. Important Notes


  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
